اتخذت تسهيل من الجودة اساسا في تقديم منتجاتها وخدماتها ولذلك قامت تسهيل بتطبيق معايير الجودة العالمية بالحصول على شهادة الأيزو (ISO 9000-3) منذ عام 1997 ، ومع تقدم الوقت وتطور المعايير قامت تسهيل بالعمل على متطلبات شهادة سي ام ام اي العالمية (CMMI) واستطاعت الحصول على المستوى الثالث منذ عام 2010 وحتى الان ، وبذلك تضمن تسهيل جودة وكفاءة العمل المقدم بما يتوافق مع المعايير العالمية وباستخدام أفضل الممارسات المتبعة.

Mr. Mirdad, who is a business investor and holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Seattle Pacific University, Seattle, Washington and a Bachelor of Science degree, with a double major in Computer Information Systems and Management Science, from Central Washington State University, Ellensburg, Washington. Mr. Morad holds an excutive postion in Rikz International for Realstate and industral investment.
In 2006 the Governor of the Mecca region recommended to the Saudi Minister of the Interior that Mr. Morad is appointed to serve as a member of the first Council of Jeddah Province (Jeddah Council). The Minister of the Interior then favorably reported on Mr. Morad’s candidacy to the Cabinet of His Royal Highness, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, where it was approved. Following his appointment, Mr. Morad served as a member of the Jeddah Council from 2006 to 2009, when he was reappointed to a second term that lasted from 2009 to 2013. During his eight years of service, the Jeddah Council consisted of thirty-five members, thirty chosen from the regional leadership of the Kingdom’s various Government Ministries and five, such as Mr. Morad, who were appointed.
Complementing his service on the Jeddah Council and his commitment to the transformation of the city, since 2003 Mr. Morad has also rendered valuable counsel and assistance to and played a leadership role as a member of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industries (Jeddah Chamber). The Jeddah Chamber is the city’s leading business organization, comprising members of the real estate, banking, commercial, industrial and tourism sectors, and is devoted to promoting business growth and influencing government policy, both in Jeddah and beyond, through its affiliation with the Council of Saudi Chambers in Riyadh (Saudi Chambers Council).
Over more than 29 years, Mr. Harb has practical experience in Management and Financial Management roles within structured organizations with a robust finance function. He got his bachelor’s degree in 1989 in accounting from Tanta University in Egypt, and then got his master’s in Finance from University of Leicester - UK, Leicester, United Kingdom and is a certified Accountant and Auditor by the Ministry of Finance – Egypt.
He started his career early in 1990 in Egypt, then he commenced his practical experience in Saudi Arabia back in 1991. Prior to joining ZFP, Mr. Harb had progressive and rich experiences in different organizations in KSA; he worked for United Construction and Trading Company (UCTC), Saudi Bin Ladin Group (SBG) in 1993, and then he worked at Rasheed Engineering Geotechnical and Materials Engineers (RGME) up to April 2000, and since then he joined Zuhair Fayez Partnership (ZFP).
After spending 17 years in ZFP, KSA, Mr. Harb decided to settle back in Egypt, his home country, in 2017, as a leader and expert in management, he joined ZFPE as Managing Director based on his rich experience, implementing and executing ZFP strategies and business goals, ensuring that company policies and legal guidelines are adopted and applied. He communicates and maintains trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.
Holding such a critical role, he analyzes problematic situations and provides solutions to ensure ZFPE survival and growth, maintains budgets, monitors costs against budget, and makes key decisions for ZFPE
