Unified Document Management System (DMS) Project

In recognition of the efforts of TasHeel Information Technology for the successful implementation and deployment of the Unified Document Management System (DMS) Project for the Ministry of Interior (MOI), the Saudi Interpol awarded a Certificate of Recognition to Rawad Shawki Fayad of TasHeel.

As Project Manager, Rawad headed the team from TasHeel who executed and delivered the Unified DMS Project. The awarding ceremony was held at Saudi Interpol’s office at the Ministry of Interior compound on 19/09/1436H corresponding to 06-JUL-2015G.

The Unified DMS superceded the disconnected DMS previously used by several MOI sectors. With the Unified DMS, a common and central system is now used by several MOI sectors that include the main MOI office, Security Affairs, Saudi Interpol and the Minister’s Office, which allow them to use a single series of incoming and outgoing document numbers for their day-to-day transactions and document processes. This speeds up and enhances the document processing cycle, facilitates search and collaboration between the sectors and their departments, improves document tracking and reporting; and increases the overall efficiency of document related processes.
